Returns & Exchanges Policy

Of Earth and Ritual

Because our garments are created in small batches and dyed by hand using natural pigments, all sales are considered final with limited exceptions outlined below.

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within the guidelines below.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must email us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

  • Returned items must be received by us within 45 days of delivery to remain eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to us and for the exchanged item back to them.

  • Exchanges are subject to available inventory at the time the return is received.

  • Due to the nature of small-batch, hand-dyed production, exact color matching between batches cannot be guaranteed.

If the requested exchange item is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

  • Store credit may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must email us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return for store credit.

  • Returned items must be received within 45 days of delivery.

  • Store credit will be issued once the return is received, inspected, and approved.

  • Store credit does not expire.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Returned with original tags intact

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if an item:

  • Shows signs of wear or washing

  • Is missing tags

  • Is returned outside the stated timeframes

Sale Items

  • All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return and reshipment shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Of Earth and Ritual is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for processing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange or store credit has been completed.
